Use Clever to automate the secure transfer of staff and student rosters to Naviance to:

  • Allow data to be updated continuously from one data feed.
  • Supply single sign-on access to staff and students.
  • Keep student and staff rosters current.
  • Simplify IT support of Naviance.

Before integrating Clever with Naviance, confirm you have an active Clever account and an active Naviance for Districts subscription.

  • Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Education Impact Consultant (EIC) to learn more about getting a Naviance for District subscription.
  • If your district is new to Clever, sign up for a Clever account. A Clever team member will reach out to walk you through the setup and request the Naviance application from your Clever dashboard.
  • If your district already uses Clever, request the Naviance application from your Clever dashboard.

After you request the Naviance application from Clever, Naviance contacts your district to confirm the request. After confirmation is received, Naviance adds the Clever subscription to your district's Naviance account and sets your launch date for 4 weeks from that date. Contact Naviance Support to change the launch date if you are ready earlier or need more time.
