Add PowerSchool AppSwitcher

Add PowerSchool AppSwitcher to switch between all your PowerSchool applications right from the application you are currently using.

To use AppSwitcher, you must:

• Use at least one other PowerSchool application.
• Have Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) single sign-on (SSO) for staff set up in Naviance.
• Have SAML SSO set up in the other PowerSchoool products for which you will use AppSwitcher.
• Use the same IDP in all PowerSchool applications.

If you meet these requirements, submit a request via the PowerSchool Community to enable application switching. PowerSchool will define your district's applications list, enable AppSwitcher in each product, and then notify you that AppSwitcher is set up.

From the main navigation bar in Naviance, select the AppSwitcher icon and choose an application from the list. You are redirected to the selected application.
