Manage documents

Upload a document

  1. Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

  2. From Task library, click the task name to display the details.

  3. From Steps, select Attach document.
    The option to attach a document only displays when the task’s completion status is set to Staff uploads a document.

  4. Locate the document and click Open.

Schools can upload 30GB of files. Files must be 10MB or less.

Delete a document

  1. Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

  2. From Task library, click the task name to display the details.

  3. From Steps, click the Close icon for the document.

  4. Click Confirm.

Update task status

Update task status for an individual student

  1. Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

  2. From Tasks, click the task name to display the details.

  3. Select Mark as complete, Wive task, or Mark as reviewed.

Update task status for multiple students

  1. Navigate to Planner 2.0 and select Task & Program Library.

  2. From Task library, click the More icon (three dots) for the task to update and choose Review assigned students.

  3. Optionally, filter the student list by grade or status.

  4. Select the students for whom you want to update the status.

  5. Select Bulk actions and choose an option from the list. Only relevant options will be available for selection.

Unassign a task for multiple students

  1. Navigate to Planner 2.0 and select Task & Program Library.

  2. From Task library, click the More icon (three dots) for the task to unassign and choose Unassign.

Review task status

  1. Navigate to Planner 2.0 and select Task & Program Library.

  2. From Task library, click the More icon (three dots) for the task to review and choose Review assigned students. Alternatively, click Assigned students form the task details page.

  3. From Assigned students, assess the overall task progress and task status by student.

Review program status

  1. Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

  2. Select Programs library

  3. Review the assigned programs.

  4. Expand the program to display the included tasks. Optionally:

    • Review the task details.

    • Upload a document for a task

    • Mark a task as complete.

    • Waive the task.

Export task status details

  1. Navigate to Planner 2.0 and select Task & Program Library.

  2. From Task library, click the More icon (three dots) for the task to review, and choose Review assigned students.

  3. From Assigned students, click Export.

  4. Locate the email with the verification code, enter it, and click Confirm.

Send email reminders

  1. Navigate to Planner 2.0 and select Task & Program Library.

  2. From Task library, click the More icon (three dots) for the task to review, and choose Review assigned students.

  3. From Assigned students, click Send reminder to email all students. Optionally, select specific students to email.

  4. Review the message to be sent and click Send.
