Manage documents
Upload a document

Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

From Tasks, click the task name to display the details.

From Steps, select Attach document.
The option to attach a document only displays when the task’s completion status is set to Staff uploads a document. -
Locate the document and click Open.
Schools can upload 30GB of files. Files must be 10MB or less.
Delete a document

Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

From Tasks, click the task name to display the details.

From Steps, click the Close icon for the document.

Click Confirm.
Manage task assignment
Assign or unassign a single task

Navigate to Planner 2.0 and select Task Library.

Click the More icon (three dots) for the task and choose Assign or Unassign.
Assign or unassign multiple tasks

Navigate to Planner 2.0 and select Task Library.

Select the tasks.
-
From Bulk actions, choose Assign or Unassign.
Update task status
Update task status for individual students

Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

From Tasks, click the task name to display the details.

Select Mark as complete, Waive task, or Mark as reviewed.
Update task status for multiple students

Navigate to Planner 2.0 and select Task Library.

Click the more icon (three dots) for the task and choose Review assigned students.

Select the students.
-
From Bulk actions, choose Mark as completed, Waived, or Reopen task.
Update task status in bulk
Batch status update supports districts that track certain student activity outside of Naviance. Instead of updating each record manually, staff can upload a CSV file to reflect those completions in SP 2.0 and update task statuses in bulk.
To update task status in bulk, you must create a CSV file and include fields for student ID, task status, and completion date.

Navigate to Planner 2.0 and select Task Library.

Click the More icon (three dots) for the task and choose Review assigned students.

Click Bulk status update.

Upload the CSV file.

Map the fields in your file to the Naviance field.

Click Update.
Review program status
-
Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

Select Programs.
-
Review the assigned programs.

Expand the program to display the included tasks. Optionally:

Review the task details.
-
Upload a document for a task
-
Mark a task as complete.
-
Waive the task.
