Manage Success Planner 2.0

Overview

Manage the student's Success Planner 2.0 activity via the student folder.

Manage documents

Upload a document

  1. Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

  2. Click the task name to display the details.

  3. From Steps, select Attach document.
    The option to attach a document only displays when the task’s completion status is set to Staff uploads a document.

  4. Locate the document and click Open.

Schools can upload 30GB of files. Files must be 10MB or less.

Delete a document

  1. Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

  2. Click the task name to display the details.

  3. From Steps, click the Close icon for the document.

  4. Click Confirm.

Update task status

Mark a task complete for a student

  1. Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

  2. Click the task name to display the details.

  3. Select Mark as complete.

Waive a task for a student

  1. Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

  2. Click the task name to display the details.

  3. Select Waive task.

Mark a task as reviewed

  1. Navigate to the student's folder and select Success Planner 2.0.

  2. Click the task name to display the details.

  3. Select Mark as reviewed.

Unassign a task for multiple students

  1. Navigate to Planner 2.0 and select Task Library.

  2. For the task to unassign, click the More icon (three dots) and choose Deactivate.
