Freeze Parent Accounts
When you make student accounts inactive, the corresponding parent or guardian account becomes inactive by default. To inactivate only the parent or guardian account, freeze the account.
- Navigate to the student account.
- Locate the Naviance Student section of the student folder and find the parent or guardian's name.
- Select freeze account. The parent or guardian can no longer log in to Naviance Student.
- Alternatively, to restore access, select unfreeze.
