Naviance student folders contain personal and demographic information about the student and information from Naviance Student about the student's career, college, and life planning.
A new experience is available from the Student Roster offering powerful advanced filtering.
Navigate to Students, and then select Student Roster to turn on the New student roster experience. You can turn it off at any time. Your preference will be saved when you return to Student roster the next time.
To navigate to an active student's folder in Naviance, choose from one of three options:
Search for Student
Use Search for Student to find active students by last name.

From the main navigation bar, enter a student's last name in Search for Student. The search displays up to 10 matching records. If the list does not display the desired student, enter the student's last name, first name.

Select a student to display their student folder.
Student Roster
Use Student Rosters to find active students alphabetically by grade level.

Navigate to Students, then select Student Roster. By default, the page displays the current senior class.

From the Browse by Grade/Class, select another grade level if needed.

Optionally, enter additional student information if needed.

Select the first letter of a student's last name.

Choose a student to display their student folder.
Advanced Student Search
Use Advanced Student Search to find a group of students with specific characteristics, including inactive status.

Navigate to Students, then select Student Search. Alternatively, on the Student Roster page, select Advanced Search from Find Students.

Select criteria such as GPA Range, Counselor, Survey, or Scholarships from the Advanced Student Find page.

Click Find Students to display a matching list of students.

Select a student to display their student folder.
