Staff User Account Management

Create user accounts for staff members who need access to Naviance, including counselors, administration, teachers, registrars, support staff, and more.

Staff user accounts can be created manually or via an integration with Clever.

Before creating user accounts:

  1. Review Naviance-built user roles and their permissions.
  2. Modify user-role permissions, if necessary.
  3. Create custom user roles, if necessary.
