Washington Student Readiness Indicators Import Data
Instructions
Review the details of the Washington Student Readiness Indicator (SRI) data fields that you can import into Naviance.
Note the required data fields and determine the optional fields you want to import.
Download the Washington SRI data import template from the Naviance Knowledge Base in the PowerSchool Community. Select PowerSchool Community from the Get Help menu in Naviance to access the Community.
Prepare the data to import using the template as a guide.

Leave optional data fields blank if no data exists for a student.
Data Field | Requirement | Example | Information |
First Name | Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional | Alicia | The first name of the student. |
Last Name | Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional | Williams | The last name of the student. |
Date of Birth | Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional | 02/05/05 | The student's date of birth. |
State Student ID | Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional | 124901 | The state-assigned student identification number. |
Student ID | Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional | A9102R | The unique identification number assigned to a student by the school or district. |
EBRW SAT | Optional | In Progress | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through EBRW SAT test scores. |
ACT with Writing | Optional | In Progress | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through ACT Writing test scores. |
ELA Cambridge International Exam | Optional | Met | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through an ELA Cambridge International Exam. |
