Guest Access to Naviance Student

You may want prospective students, parents, guardians, and others without a Naviance Student account to access features in Naviance Student. To do so, manage temporary login to Naviance Student using guest access.

Enable Guest Access

1. Navigate to Connections and select Naviance Student.

2. Select Guest Access.

3. From the Guest Access list, select Allow Guests.

4. From Require Password, select Yes or No. If selecting Yes, enter a Guest Password.

5. Communicate the password to guests before they attempt to log in.

6. Click Update Settings.

Log In to Naviance Student as a Guest

1. From the Naviance Student log-in page, click I'm a Guest.

2. Enter a Guest Password if required.

3. Click Enter as Guest.
