Set Up About Me

To set up About Me, give students access to the selected features and permissions in Naviance Student.

Select Naviance Student Settings

Select the following features so students can access the About Me section and related features in Naviance Student.

Feature	Description
About Me Section	Enables the About Me menu, including My Account, Resume, Journals, Portfolio, Test Scores, Documents Shared with Me, and Surveys. You cannot manage the About Me section by grade level. By default, the About Me section and its features are available for all Naviance Student users.
GamePlan Survey	Enables the GamePlan survey.
Graduation Survey	Enables the Naviance-built graduation survey.
IB Predicted Scores	Displays IB scores from Test Scores if IB scores are set up at your school.

Select the following student edit permissions so students can edit information in their accounts.

Naviance does not recommend enabling these permissions if students will log in via Clever or SAML SSO.

Student Edit Permissions	Description
Edit email address	Add or edit the email address in their Naviance account.
Edit username	Change their username.
Edit password	Create and manage their password.

Select the following parent edit permissions so parents and guardians can edit information in their accounts.

Naviance does not recommend enabling these permissions if parents and guardians will log in via SAML SSO.

Parent Edit Permissions	Description
Edit email address	Add or edit the email address in their Naviance account.
Edit username	Change their username.
Edit password	Create and manage their password.
