What’s new

We’ve introduced a powerful new student experience, giving students the tools to:

• Explore opportunities that align with their interests and goals.

• Receive personalized recommendations to help them discover best-fit opportunities.

• Track their engagement and participation hours for each opportunity.

For staff, new functionality provides:

• Real-time tracking of student progress through each opportunity.

• Insight into student engagement and participation hours.

• Improved management tools, including:

  • Duplicating opportunities for faster setup.

  • Merging organizations or contacts to reduce redundancy.

  • Deleting opportunities when needed in addition to inactivating opportunities.

Use work-based learning

1. Set up work-based learning and share opportunities with students.

2. Manage work-based learning activity, including updating opportunity details, updating student engagement status, and approving hours.

3. Track work-based learning opportunities, organizations, and contacts, including students' engagement and hours.
