Assign the following permissions to district-level user roles so that district staff can access the Student Readiness Report (SRR) in Naviance.

Assign the following permissions to school-level user roles so school staff can access the SRR in Naviance.

Create Parent or Guardian Accounts

Before using the SRR, consider how you will share the report with parents and guardians.

• Parents and guardians with a Naviance Student account can review and download the SRR from the About Me section of Naviance Student.
• If parents and guardians do not have a Naviance Student account, you can generate a PDF copy of the SRR and distribute it by email, mail, in person, or other.

Create parent and guardian Naviance Student accounts via a manual data import or School Sync. After you create accounts, parents and guardians can log in to Naviance Student using Native Login or Parent SAML.
