Alabama Student Readiness Indicators Import Data
Instructions
Review the details of the Alabama Student Readiness Indicator (SRI) data fields that you can import into Naviance.
Note the required data fields and determine the optional fields you want to import.
Download the Alabama SRI data import template from the Naviance Knowledge Base in the PowerSchool Community. Select PowerSchool Community from the Get Help menu in Naviance to access the Community.
Prepare the data to import using the template as a guide.

Leave optional data fields blank if no data exists for a student.
Data Field | Requirement | Example | Information |
First Name | Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional | Alicia | The first name of the student. |
Last Name | Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional | Williams | The last name of the student. |
Date of Birth | Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional | 02/05/05 | The student's date of birth. |
State Student ID | Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional | 124901 | The state-assigned student identification number. |
Student ID | Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional | A9102R | The unique identification number assigned to a student by the school or district. |
AP | Optional | In Progress | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through AP test scores. |
IB | Optional | In Progress | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through IB test scores. |
College Credit | Optional | Met | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through earning college credit. |
ACT WorkKeys | Optional | In Progress | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through ACT WorkKeys test scores. |
Youth Apprenticeship Program | Optional | In Progress | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through completing a youth apprenticeship program. |
Career Technical Industry Credential | Optional | In Progress | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through completing a career technical industry credential. |
Military Service | Optional | Not Met | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies by getting accepted for military service. |
CTE Completer Status | Optional | Met | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through attaining CTE Completer status. |
ACT Reading | Optional | Met | Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through ACT Reading test scores. |
