Track Scholarships

From Naviance, assess scholarship interest and awards for individual students from within the student folder or for groups of students using reports.

Student Folder

To review scholarships that an individual student has added to their scholarship list, navigate to a student's folder, then select Scholarships from the student folder options.

From the Scholarships section:

  • Review the student's list of scholarships.
  • Click Add Student Scholarship to add a scholarship on behalf of the student. The scholarship is not added to your school or district's master scholarship list.

    You must enter a number if adding a specific Award Amount.
  • Update the App Status and Result.
  • Edit the student's application details.
  • Delete the scholarship from the student's list.

Reports

Use a report to review scholarship details for groups of students.

All reports are available in both Naviance and Naviance District Edition. District-level reports populate with data for all schools in the district. District-level task completion reports populate with data for district-level tasks. They do not populate with data for school-level tasks.

Navigate to Analytics, select Reports, then choose a report.
