From Naviance, assess college planning:
For individual students from within the student folder.
For groups of students using reports.
Student Folder
Colleges I'm Thinking About
To review a student's Colleges I'm Thinking About list, navigate to a student's folder, select Colleges, and then select I'm Thinking About from the student folder options. Review the colleges added by students, counselors, and parents.
College Visits
To review the student's college visit registrations, navigate to a student's folder, select Colleges and then select Visits from the student folder options.
Review:
Upcoming Events Attending to review visits for which the student is registered.
Past Events Attended to review visits for which the student has attended.
Other Upcoming Events to review visits with institutions in the student's I'm Thinking About or Applying To lists for which the student is registered.
You can also register or unregister students for upcoming events by selecting register or unregister for the selected visit.
For a complete list of students registered for each event, navigate to Colleges and select Visits. If you manually enter college visits or have RepVisits integrated with Naviance:
Choose View for the selected visit to display a list of students registered for the event.
Select print summary list or print detail list to print a list of students registered for the event.
Reports
Use a report to review colleges students have saved to their I'm Thinking About list.
All reports are available in both Naviance and Naviance District Edition. District-level reports populate with data for all schools in the district. District-level task completion reports populate with data for district-level tasks. They do not populate with data for school-level tasks.
Navigate to Analytics, select Reports, then choose a report.
Report Name | Description |

Prospective Colleges | A list of colleges, the total number of students who have added it to their list, and the person who added it to their list. |
Score Profiles | A list of each college with summary statistics on the average and minimum SAT scores, ACT scores, and GPAs of accepted students. |
Task Completion Summary | Completion summary information for each task. |
Task Completion Status | Completion status information for each task. |
Navigate to Analytics, select Reports 2.0, then choose a report.
