Overview

PowerBuddy, an AI assistant, is available in Naviance for both students and staff.

For staff, PowerBuddy offers AI help with using Naviance features and completing tasks.
For students, PowerBuddy for College and Career provides relevant insights, answers, and information without searching.

PowerBuddy for College and Career

PowerBuddy for College and Career offers two experiences for students.

Core	Assists students with career and college exploration. Offers college and career favoriting. Shares upcoming College Visits or Events. Lets students connect with colleges using ActiveMatch. Provides information on FAFSA, SAT, and ACT. Integrates with Roadtrip Nation and more.
Enhanced	Includes all Core features. Adds college guidance with NACAC information. Offers additional FAFSA, SAT, and ACT support with direct links to more resources. Features College Compare functionality embedded in suggestions.

PowerBuddy’s college and career information comes from reliable sources including, but not limited to, Integrated Postsecondary Data System (iPEDS), Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC), O*NET, Bureau of Labor and Statistics, and Roadtrip Nation.
