Track resumes
Naviance has a new resume builder, tied directly to Portfolio, that lets students add portfolio entries to their resume to quickly create a custom resume. Encourage students to start using the new resume feature now.
Review resume information for individual students from within the student folder or review resume completion rates for groups of students using reports.
Student folder
Navigate to a student's folder to review the resumes and entries an individual student has created.
Select Resume from the student folder options.
From the Resume Legacy section:
Review the student's list of entries.
Select a resume name to display the resume.
Click print to download a resume.
Staff cannot add entries to a student's resume in Naviance.
Reports
Use a report to review the completion status of the Build Resume task if assigned to students.
All reports are available in both Naviance and Naviance for Districts.
District-level reports are populated with data for all schools in the district.
District-level task completion reports populate with data for district-level tasks. They do not include data for school-level tasks.
Navigate to Analytics, select Reports 3.0, and then choose a report.
