Positions Overview (Manage)
Use Positions to combine job information with locations and start and end dates to define what roles are approved at each school.
Position Statuses
In Manage, positions are organized in three categories. The categories can be viewed in a Bucket dashboard, or on the Positions Configuration page in Manage. The data is organized from your organization’s ERP feed, which syncs to Allovue Manage.
Position Status | Details |
---|---|
All Positions | Displays all positions in the nightly sync from the ERP. |
Unassigned | Displays positions that are unassigned. |
Over-assigned. | Displays positions that are over-assigned. |
Upload Positions
In Manage, select Configuration.
Select Positions.
Select Upload Positions.
Select Download CSV Template.
Modify the template and select Upload.
Map Fields in Manage.
Select Review and Confirm.
Select Save and Confirm.
Delete a Position
In Manage, select Configuration.
Select Positions.
Choose the position and select the trash can icon.
Select OK.

FTE Required | Full Time Equivalency Details. Should be >0 and can be rounded up to the thousandth decimal. | Decimal | 0.425 |
