All Allocations

In Allovue Balance Budget (1.0), the All Budgets page displays all available budgets within an organization.

Create an Allocation

  1. In Allovue Balance Budget (1.0), select Budget.

  2. Select All Allocations.

  3. Select +Allocation.

  4. Fill out the provided form.

  5. Select Create Allocation.

Upload an Allocation

  1. In Allovue Balance Budget (1.0), select Budget.

  2. Select All Allocations.

  3. Select Download CSV Template.

  4. Fill out the provided template.

  5. Select Upload Your CSV to update your Allocations.

All files must be saved in CSV format (.CSV). Allovue Balance Budget will not process files saved as CSV UTF-8.

Filter All Allocations

You have the ability to filter All Allocations in Allovue Balance Budget. The following options are available in the filter.

Filter by Budget Name

Allocation

Filter by Allocation Name

FTE

Filter by Full Time Equivalency. Select Vacant or Remaining.

  • Equals.

  • Less than or equal to.

  • Greater than or equal to.

  • Between.

$ Amount

Filter by Dollar Amount. Select Allocated, Planned or Remaining. Enter a custom numeric figure.

Salary Type

Filter by Salary Type. Select Actual or Estimated.
