What is Allovue Manage?

Allovue Manage is a software that allows your district to manage and monitor finances with ease. It is a web-based, collaborative platform that allows multiple users to engage with account and transaction data according to their role in the district. Manage makes it easy to view account balances and track district-wide spending using your existing finance system or ERP. Manage has three areas to explore: Overview, Accounts, and Transactions.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Manage will log you out every 24 hours

  • Manage data is pulled nightly from your district’s ERP.

  • Manage is a read-only system.

  • Manage does not send data back to your ERP and there is no risk of writing information to the ERP.

  • The "viewing customized data" indicator is a reminder that your data profile is customized to meet your needs by your district administrator. Contact your administrator if you have questions about your permissions, or need to see different data.

How to Log-In

Use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari

  1. Visit https://allovue.app/login .

  2. Type your email address

  3. Check your email for an access link (from support@allovue.com)
