Buckets Dashboard Overview (Manage)

Allovue Manage is a software that allows your district to manage and monitor finances with ease. Manage makes it easy to view account balances and track district-wide spending using your existing finance system or ERP. Manage is a read-only system and data is pulled nightly from your district’s ERP. Manage does not send data back to your ERP and there is no risk of writing information to the ERP.

In Manage, buckets are collections of accounts grouped according to rules and filters. Buckets can be based on Expenditures, Revenue, or a combination of Revenue and Expenditure Accounts. Districts can Configure Money and Staffing Buckets.

Buckets are assigned to Roles in Manage. Users can only see Buckets that are assigned to their Role. See roles for more information.
