How to export a budget

Export a Budget:

  1. Select Access & Resources.

  2. Select Exports.

  3. Select on your desired Export type:

    1. Account Budgets: This export will roll up expenses across your budget and export one line per unique account code, totaling all the expenses charged to that account code into one line.

    2. Planned Expenses: This export has more details including salary and benefit information for each position and details about each individual expense.

  4. Choose download as Excel (XLSX) or CSV
