Account History
District staff needs to be able to compare what they’re planning for next year to what they have spent or planned previously. Account History is a specific page for historical account summary that shows historical data across each data type (i.e. personnel expenses, non-personnel expenses, etc.) It provides users with the ability to easily filter and group their budget’s planned expenses in order to see a comparison of previous year actuals, current year budget, and future year planned budget amounts; it also allows users to export this data at the account level, and with any filters or grouping applied. Users can also opt to round up or down to the nearest dollar when exporting, which will be of great use to those districts hoping to import these account line summaries into their ERP. This will help them to do board reporting, build budget books, and look at summaries of changes from prior budgets.
