Benefits Overview (Manage)
Use Benefits to define the benefit type, frequency, and amount of an individual employee’s paid benefits.
Upload Benefits
In Manage, select Configuration.
Select Benefits.
Select Upload Benefits.
Select Download CSV Template.
Modify the template.
Select Upload.
Map the fields as necessary.
Select Review and Confirm.
Select Confirm and Save.
Explanation of Fields
Field Name | Description | Format | Example |

Employee Code Required | Code of the employee associated with this benefit | Characters | 4321 |
Benefit Type Required | The benefit type: code and/or description | Characters | anything will do |
Segment Code Required | The Segment Code used for this benefit | Characters | 1234 |
Pay Basis Required | One of: 'percent' or 'flat' | Characters | flat |
Amount Required | The flat amount paid or a percentage as a decimal | Decimal | 0.15 |
Start Date Required | Benefit Start Date (YYYY-MM-DD) | Date | 2022-01-01 |
End Date | Benefit End Date (if applicable) (YYYY-MM-DD) | Date | 2022-10-31 |
Delete Salaries
In Manage, select Configuration.
Select Benefits.
Choose the benefit and select the trash can icon.
Select OK.
To delete multiple benefits at once, use the select field to select more than one benefit.
