Budgets
Budgets Overview (Manage)
Budgets are collections of buckets grouped according to admin-defined rules and filters.
Create a budget
From Manage, select Configuration.
Select Budgets.
Select Create Budgets.
Enter your data in the provided form.
Budget types must be Central Office, School-based Budget, or LEA Budget.
Select Proceed to Scopes.
If applicable, select +Add Scopes to define financial data included in the Budget.
If applicable, select +Add Scopes to define staffing data included in the Budget.
Select Proceed to Review.
Select Confirm and Save.
Upload a Budget
From Manage, select Configuration.
Select Budgets.
Select Create Budgets.
Enter your data in the provided form.
Budget types must be Central Office, School-based Budget, or LEA Budget.
Select Proceed to Scopes.
If applicable, select +Add Scopes to define financial data included in the Budget.
If applicable, select +Add Scopes to define staffing data included in the Budget.
Select Proceed to Review.
Select Confirm and Save.
Delete a Budget
In Manage, select Configuration.
Select Budgets.
Select the trash can icon of the budget that you would like to delete.
Select OK.
Edit a budget
In Manage, select Configuration.
Select Budgets.
Select the pencil icon to make your edits.
Select Proceed to Scopes.
If you would like to modify the Scopes, select +Add Scopes.
Select Proceed to Review.
Select Confirm and Save to apply the changes.
Explanation of Fields- Budgets in Manage
Field Name | Description | Format | Example |

Scope type | Used to distinguish between dollars and staffing scopes. Can be either 'dollars' or 'staffing', defaults to 'dollars' if missing. | Characters | dollars |
