All Budgets

In Allovue Balance Budget (1.0) the All Budgets displays all available budgets within an organization.

Create a Budget

  1. In Allovue Balance Budget (1.0), select Budget.

  2. Select Create Budget.

  3. Enter Budget Title (Name).

  4. Determine the Budget Category

    1. School

    2. Central Office

  5. Select the Permissions.

  6. Select Create Budget.

The User Permissions step may also be completed via upload. The default for new budgets is to provide all users with no access. See User and Permissions for more details.

Upload Budgets

  1. In Allovue Balance Budget (1.0), select Budget.

  2. Select Upload Budgets.

  3. Select Download CSV Template.

  4. Modify your template.

  5. Select Upload Your CSV.

Filter All Budgets

Users can filter the budgets available to them on the All Budgets page. The following fields are available to use as a filter:

Filter by Budget Name.

Category

Filter by Budget Category (Central Office or School).

Status

Filter by Budget status

  • Submitted

  • In Progress

  • Approved

  • Completed

Allocated

Filter by a custom numeric amount. Filters based on the dollars allocated field.

  • Equals

  • Less than or equal to

  • Grater than or equal to

  • Between

Planned

Filter by a custom numeric amount. Filters based on the planned amount field.

  • Equals

  • Less than or equal to

  • Grater than or equal to

  • Between

Remaining

Filter by a custom numeric amount. Filters based on the remaining amount field.

  • Equals

  • Less than or equal to

  • Grater than or equal to

  • Between

Has Access

Filter by User Access & Permissions.

Export Options

In the All Budgets page, you have the ability to export budget data to a CSV. You may export the following reports across all Budgets.

  • Planned Expenses

  • Account Budgets

  • Positions

  • Priorities/ Strategies

Export All Budgets.

  1. In Allovue Balance Budget (1.0), select Budget.

  2. Select All Budgets.

  3. Select Export.

  4. Choose the data you would like to export.
