Jobs

Jobs consist of the title and description (including class) of all available jobs within your district. The Jobs list forms the foundation for positions, assignments, budgeting, and reporting elsewhere in the system.


Jobs are distinct from Positions:

  • Jobs are the catalog of roles (e.g., "3rd Grade Teacher").

  • Positions combine a Job with a specific location (school) and dates to represent a budgeted/approved slot at a school.


Upload Jobs

  1. In Manage, select Configuration.

  2. Select Jobs.

  3. Select Upload Jobs.

  4. Select Download CSV Template.

  5. Modify the template.

  6. Select Upload.

  7. Map the fields as necessary.

  8. Select Review and Confirm.

  9. Select Confirm and Save.

Archive Jobs

  1. In Manage, select Configuration.

  2. Select Jobs.

  3. Use the check box to select the jobs that you would like to Archive.

  4. Select Archive to archive the job. A flash message will display to confirm your choice.

  5. Select Archived Jobs to view a list of Archived Jobs in your account.

Archived jobs can be restored.

Delete Jobs

  1. In Manage, select Configuration.

  2. Select Jobs.

  3. Select Archived Jobs.

  4. Use the check box to select the jobs that you would like to delete.

  5. Select Delete to delete the job. A flash message will display to confirm your choice.

A deleted job cannot be restored.
