Employees
Use Employees to enter the information of all individuals who work in your school district. Employees can be added to Allovue via an upload. In Allovue, employees are linked with jobs, positions, assignments, and job class tables.
Upload Employees
Select Configuration.
Select Staffing.
From Staffing, select Employees.
Select Upload Employees.
Select Download CSV Template.
Modify the template and select Upload.
Map the fields in your file.
Select Review and Confirm.
Select Confirm and Save.

Once you have uploaded the Employees to Allovue, you can review all Employees from the Employees page. The table supports sorting and filtering.

Delete an Employee
Select Configuration.
Select Employee.
Use the multi-select check box to choose the employees you would like to delete.
This action cannot be undone. You will receive a confirmation modal that deleting an employee will permanently delete their record.
Select Delete.
