You can remove an application from a student's active application list if you or the student added it accidentally, or if the student decides not to apply to a particular college. The action you take depends on the reason for removal and whether documents have already been submitted via eDocs.

eDocs Restriction: You cannot cancel or permanently delete an application after documents have been submitted to the college via eDocs. If documents have already been sent, contact your system administrator.
Remove an application

Navigate to the student’s folder.

From Colleges, select I'm Applying To.

Select the application you want to remove.

From the Select Apps list, choose the appropriate action based on the table above.

Click Go and then click Continue.
