TestPrep	December 18, 2025	Enhancement	TestPrep ACT content updated for 2025	Changes include: Question counts and answer choice options for the English, Math, and Reading sections of all tests, including Diagnostic Exam and Practice Tests 1-7, were updated to match the new ACT structure. Questions in Practice Tests 5, 6, and 7 are also all new to the ACT Prep Course. The previous Science sections were either changed to practice questions, one of the 2 standalone Science exams, or removed from the course. The previous Writing sections were removed from the course.
College planning	December 11, 2025	Enhancement	Modernized college profile for staff users in Succeed and Counselor Community	Staff users now have direct access to Naviance’s modernized college profile in in Succeed and Counselor Community ensuring a consistent college profile experience with students. These modernized college profiles for staff include a sample of the Is this college right for you? card, which personalizes students' interests and academic profiles to each college. Profiles also include AI-generated summaries for digestible college insights, RoadTrip Nation alumni videos, and more.
Work-based learning	December 11, 2025	Enhancement	Work-based learning Partner Portal phase 1 released	We’ve introduced Phase 1 of our Work-Based Learning Partner Portal. This release includes new features for staff in Naviance and a brand-new dedicated portal for external partners to share work-based learning opportunities with students. What’s new for staff: Invite partners directly from the Add menu. Accept or reject partner connection requests (approved partners can manage their own organization and contact details). Review and approve opportunities shared by partners. What’s new for partners: Create a free account for the new Partner Portal. Set up organizations and invite team members. Post opportunities and share them with districts and schools. In Phase 2, partners will be able to manage engagements and approve student hours for shared opportunities.
Data integrations	December 4, 2025	Enhancement	OneRoster-based student data integration (1.1 CSV version) now supported	Naviance now supports OneRoster-based student data integration 1.1 CSV version. This enhancement introduces a secure, standardized, and automated way to import student and staff data into Naviance using the widely adopted OneRoster format. Districts leveraging ClassLink or SIS-based OneRoster exports can now seamlessly roster student records without manual setup. Key benefits include: No change required for existing SFTP users Compatible with major SIS platforms Smart mapping and metadata handling for flexible configurations This update ensures accurate staff-to-student relationships, reduces onboarding time, and strengthens data reliability across the platform—helping districts maintain clean, synchronized records aligned to OneRoster standards.
