Activity Categories Included: Tasks: Displays when a student completes or updates a task. Surveys: Captures submissions across all survey types, including self-discovery assessments, career/college readiness surveys, and custom surveys. Assessments: Highlights completion of self-assessments such as Strengths Explorer, Career Interest Profiler, and other guided assessments. College Submissions: Surfaces key milestones such as college application submissions, transcript requests, and teacher recommendation requests.
Staff Dashboard	April 30, 2025	Enhancement	Introduction to "What's Coming Up" Widget	The What's Coming Up widget on the Staff Dashboard has been enhanced to provide better visibility into upcoming deadlines for staffs. The widget now displays due date-driven data for upcoming 15 days by default, helping staff prioritize and plan their work effectively. Tasks and college application deadlines are pulled dynamically based on due dates. A See More option is available, allowing users to view additional upcoming activities.

Staff can customize recipients, subject, and email body before sending. A confirmation message is displayed upon successful email delivery.
PowerBuddy	April 29, 2025	Issue	PowerBuddy chat log GPA filter removed	To fix a bug experienced by some districts, we have removed the GPA filter from the PowerBuddy Chat Log filter panel at both the district and school levels. This will allow staff to assess all students, no matter what their GPA, when filtering chat logs. No staff action is needed.
eDocs	April 29, 2025	Enhancement	eDocs Bulk Manager	The eDocs Bulk Manager is designed to streamline the process of submitting college application materials. This college application tool offers a centralized dashboard for viewing all submission-ready eDocs materials, enabling users to send documents in bulk and track submissions efficiently.
Analytics	April 24, 2025	Issue	Fix for plan of study filter	Fixed an issue that was preventing all plans of study from appearing in the Plan of Study filter when running the Student Course Plan Detail or Course Plan Summary report in Reports 3.0.
Analytics	April 24, 2025	Enhancement	Updated format for task report	We have updated the 3.0 Current Task Completion Status report format so that each student is contained in one row, with each task having its own column. This change mirrors the format in Reports 1.0 and makes it easier to monitor student task completion.
Analytics	April 24, 2025	Enhancement	New student group columns	Student groups columns can now be added to 3.0 course, scholarship, alumni, and test score detail reports. We offer two options based on the preferred format. Adding the Student Group column will display one student group per student per row, while adding the All Student Groups column will list all of a student's groups in a single field, each separated by a semicolon.
College and career planning	April 23, 2025	Enhancement	First early access release for new college and career profiles	We're thrilled to announce the release of our new and improved college and career profiles. These profiles provide students with a modern, user-friendly interface that offers personalized insights on how each college or career aligns with their background and preferences. Students will be able to engage with RoadTrip Nation videos and AI-generated summaries for quick access to critical information. Key features: Modern Interface: A sleek, user-friendly design. Personalized Insights: Tailored information based on student preferences and background. Engaging Videos: RoadTrip Nation content for deeper engagement. AI-Generated Summaries: Digestible insights at your fingertips. Opt-in for early access: Staff can opt in to grant students access to these new profiles and demo them on the staff side in Succeed. Navigate to Settings and select Setup. Select Early Access. Enable the new college and career profiles for your students. How to access: Staff can use the Demo Naviance Student and View as Student features in Succeed. Students will automatically gain access to the new profiles in Naviance Student upon staff opt-in. Stay informed: Review the in-product announcements and release notes for information on future releases.
Work-based learning	April 17, 2025	Enhancement	First early access release for new Work-Based Learning	We are excited to announce that the first early access release of our new Work-Based Learning module is now available. This initial release empowers district and school staff to create contacts, organizations, and opportunities. As this is an early access release, opportunities cannot be shared with students until a future update. To access the new Work-Based Learning Early Access pages, navigate to the existing Work-Based Learning module and click Try it now in the information box at the beginning of the page. The current Work-Based Learning permissions, such as Add/Edit/Cancel/Delete Work-Based Learning and View Work-Based Learning, will continue to apply and function as usual in the new environment. As you explore the new Work-Based Learning functionality, we encourage you to report any bugs by creating a support case and share your improvement ideas via PowerSchool Ideas. Stay tuned to our in-product announcements and release notes for updates on future early access releases, including our new Partner Portal, the ability to track student hours and engagements, and the upcoming student-facing Work-Based Learning module.
Surveys	April 17, 2025	Enhancement	FAFSA tracking via survey built-in question	We are excited to announce the upcoming release of the FAFSA built-in survey question, designed to help staff efficiently track the FAFSA submission status of each student. Key features include: Survey integration: Staff will be able to add the FAFSA built-in question directly to their surveys. Student input: Students can easily submit their response indicating their current FAFSA submission status. Data export: Staff will be able to export student responses, enabling streamlined tracking and reporting of FAFSA submission statuses. This enhancement aims to simplify FAFSA tracking and support students more effectively through the financial aid process.

PowerBuddy	April 3, 2025	Enhancement	College Events and College Visits now surfaced in PowerBuddy	PowerBuddy will now inform students about upcoming College Visits or Events for colleges they are exploring using PowerBuddy. This update is included in our core PowerBuddy for College & Career functionality and is available to all clients with no action required.
