Create custom programs to track groups of tasks and meet school, district, or state requirements.
In addition to creating custom programs, districts in Arizona, Mississippi, and Colorado can now use state-aligned program templates, which are pre-built, ready-to-adopt programs authored by PowerSchool that align to state-mandated CCLR, CTE, and Work-Based Learning requirements. Districts can browse, preview, and adopt these templates directly within Success Planner 2.0, reducing manual setup effort and helping maintain alignment with state mandates.
After a template is adopted, it becomes a district-owned copy that can be customized, published to schools, and assigned to students. The original PowerSchool template remains centrally maintained and unaffected. Templates are currently available for district-level adoption only.
Published programs allow you to track progress at the program level while continuing to track individual task completion.
