Scholarships

Use the Scholarships feature to share scholarship information with students in Naviance Student.

These features are only available to institutions with a current Awareness for Scholarships subscription. Complete this form to get more information.

Add General Merit Scholarship Information

1. Navigate to the Scholarships tile on the homepage, then click Publish.
2. Enter your institution's financial aid page URL so students can learn about scholarship opportunities.
3. Enter Additional Information for students about your institution's scholarships.

Manage Scholarships

Add New Scholarships

1. Navigate to the Scholarships tile on the homepage, then click Publish.
2. Click Add New Scholarship.
3. Enter scholarship details.
4. Click Save.

Field Name	Description
Name	Enter the scholarship name.
Award Amount	Choose from the following options: Fixed Range Full Tuition An amount field displays when you select Fixed or Range.
Renewable Status	Choose from the following options: Renewable One-time
Audience	Choose from the following options: All Students In-state Students Out-of-state Students Students located in custom states.
Academic Requirements	Choose from the following options: GPA minimum or range Class rank minimum or range SAT minimum or range ACT minimum or range At least one academic data point is required.

Edit Scholarships

1. Navigate to the Scholarships tile on the homepage, then click Publish.
2. Click Edit or anywhere in the desired scholarship row to display the scholarship details.
3. Edit the scholarship details.
4. Click Save.

Delete Scholarships

1. Navigate to the Scholarships tile on the homepage, then click Publish.
2. Select Delete in the desired scholarship row.
3. Click Delete to confirm the scholarship removal.

Access Scholarships in Naviance Student

In Naviance Student, students navigate to Colleges, then select College Specific Scholarships. After entering their academic data, the page displays scholarship matches in randomized order with the following information:

• Total annual cost of attendance or annual tuition and fees
• Merit-based aid amount
• Percentage of total annual cost or annual tuition and fees that would be covered by that financial aid, if awarded

Students can also select Costs from your institution's College Profile to find merit-based scholarship information.
