Reassign Appointments

  1. Navigate to the RepVisits tile on the homepage, then click Schedule.
  2. From the RepVisits page, select Calendar.
  3. From Calendars, click Re-assign appointments.
  4. From the Select staff member list, choose the staff member to whom the appointment is currently assigned.

  5. From the Select new assignee list, choose the staff member to whom you are reassigning the appointment.

    Inactive users are excluded from the Select new assignee list.
  6. Select a specific visit to reassign or choose Select all.

    RepVisits does not check for scheduling conflicts. Make sure the staff member to whom you reassign the appointment is available at that time.
  7. Click Reassign Appointments.
