Change the Primary User

The Primary User is the main contact for your Intersect account. To change the primary user for your institution's account, submit a request to the Intersect Support Team.

Include the following information in your request:

  • Institution name

  • Your full name (First, Last)

  • Phone number and extension, if applicable

  • Explanation of why the change to your institution's primary owner is being requested, such as a change of role or change in staff.
