Configure Your Audience for Connection

Changes made to Academic Threshold are applied to Academic Threshold and Diversity in Advanced Awareness.

Set the academic profile of students you want to send a request to connect with your institution in Naviance Student.

If you do not set academic thresholds, students with any academic profile will receive a request to connect.

1. From the Intersect homepage, navigate to the Connection tile and click Manage.

2. From Configure Your Audience, select Academic Threshold.

3. Enter academic parameters for each audience.

   • Default Values

     1. Enter values for Minimum GPA, Minimum SAT Combined, and Minimum ACT Combined. Students must meet at least one to receive your message and be asked to connect.

     2. Select Enabled and Use Default Filter Values for the desired audience.
        If you change the default values while Use Default Filters Vales is selected, it will be deselected.

   • Custom Values

     1. Select Enabled for the desired audience.

     2. Clear Use Default Filter Values, if selected.

     3. Enter values for Minimum GPA, Minimum SAT Combined, and Minimum ACT Combined.

4. Click Save.
