Visit Feedback
Use Visit Feedback to request feedback on visits made by the admissions staff to high schools.
- From the Intersect homepage, navigate to the RepVisits tile, then click Schedule.
- Select Visit Feedback.
- Click Turn On to activate Visit Feedback or click Turn Off? to deactivate the feature.
- When the feature is deactivated, you can still review feedback that has been submitted to your institution. Feedback requests not completed by a high school are removed but will display when you turn on Visit Feedback again.
- When the feature is activated, feedback is automatically requested for each visit. High school staff can:
- Rate their impression of the visit.
- Indicate areas of success and for improvement.
- Leave specific comments about the visit.
- Choose to leave feedback anonymously.
On the Visit Feedback page:
- Review aggregate data for your institution, such as Overall Feedback, Feedback Breakdown, and Top Areas to Improve.
Select a staff member to assess their feedback.
Only staff members with feedback are available for selection.
