Manage Your Account

Click the user icon, then choose Account Settings.

Update Your Account Information

  1. Click the user icon, then choose Account Settings.
  2. On the Account Information page, edit your account information or change your password.
  3. Click Save. Changes are made to your Intersect profile and your Counselor Community people profile.
  1. Click the user icon, then choose Your Profile.
  2. Review your people profile or click Edit to update your account information.
  3. Edit or enter information in the following fields:
    • Profile Photo
    • Profile Information
      • Email visibility
      • Office Phone
      • Office Phone visibility
      • Mobile Phone
      • Mobile Phone visibility
      • LinkedIn Profile
      • Population Served
        • General Description
        • State Served
      • Job Title
      • Alma Mater

      • Alma Mater visibility
      • Bio

        Some fields are locked and unavailable to edit.
  4. Click Save.

Locked Fields

The following fields are locked for editing in a user profile:

  • Your Name
  • Your Institution
  • Email Address

To update these fields, contact the Support team.
