Access Your Connections

You must have administrator permission to access Connections.

Review or download all connections in Intersect.

1. From the Intersect homepage, navigate to the Connection tile and click Manage.

2. Choose a time frame from the Since Last Export list to generate a list of connections on the page.

3. Click Download to export your connections in a CSV file. Any data the student has shared with your institution, including at least one contact method, will be included in the file.
   File data may include:

   • Name

   • Gender

   • Race/Ethnicity

   • Date of Birth

   • Graduation Year

   • GPA

   • School

   • Phone Number

   • Email

   • Mailing Address

   • Majors

If students have selected majors of interest offered at your institution, the data file includes up to three major interests per student for Intersect users with Advanced Awareness for Majors. To add student major interests to your CRM, you should update import mappings if previously set up.

You can also access your connections by automating an export of connections to an endpoint using Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
