New Features and Enhancements - Mexico

Mexico	Sample Object Reports (Pre-School Report, Elementary Report, Junior High Report)	The School Report Card System is designed to produce standardized academic report cards for students and printable documents containing student identification, school information, subject grades, conduct evaluations, and overall performance summaries.
Mexico	Course Category: Field For Group Subject and Organized Report Card Display	A new Course Category field on the Courses page to allow users to group subjects for reporting purposes. This enhances a structured grade presentation in report cards such as Pre-School, Elementary, and Junior High. Subject grades will be displayed under their respective categories, and the Sample Report Card in Object Reports will include only those subjects assigned to the selected category. This ensures a more organized and category-based grade display aligned with reporting requirements.
Mexico	Sample Object Report: Family Report	The Family Report displays the student’s family details, such as addresses, member status, grades, names, and contact information. This report lists multiple families with their respective members and students.
Mexico	SEP Report: Dual language support	Mexico’s Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP) reports are enhanced to support both English and Spanish Updated the deployment application value from 100 to 200 for all reports. Supported automated report generation for the grade level: Grades 1–6 (Primary Education) Grades 7–9 (Lower Secondary Education) Grades 10–12 (Upper Secondary Education)

Configuration Changes - Mexico

Pre-Request: Enterprise reports can only be executed with Apex 24.1 installed.

PowerSchool Components

Localization version 26.2.0.0 includes the enhancement for Mexico.

Mexico localization requires PowerSchool SIS Core version 25.5.1.0 or higher. Customers are advised to contact CloudOps to request the installation of the appropriate localization package for Mexico, along with the required SIS Core version 25.5.1.0 or higher.

The Mexico Localization package version 26.2.0.0 is automatically installed when 'Mexico' is selected from the country dropdown list and 'Mexico Common' is chosen from the state/province dropdown during the PowerSchool SIS Core version 26.2.0.0 installation.

If a customer is using the standard PowerSchool Core (without localization enhancements) and does not wish to install Localization 26.2.0.0 or later, they must notify CloudOps in their request. This ensures CloudOps will not select any country from the Country dropdown during installation.

If a customer upgrades only to PS SIS Core 26.2.0.0 or later without installing Localization 26.2.0.0 or later, they should avoid selecting any country during the initial installation. If they later decide to install the Localization package, they can run the Localization installer, select a localization country, and the installer will apply the relevant localizations for that country.
