New Features and Enhancements

Thailand	Object Report	The Thailand Localization for the PS SIS includes essential reports required by the Ministry of Education (MOE) for various educational levels. The updates cater to Primary, Lower Secondary, and Upper Secondary education students with the following features: Transcripts in Thai Language: Comprehensive student transcripts are available in Thai, detailing academic records for students upon completing educational levels: Primary Education: After Grade 6 Lower Secondary Education: After Grade 9 Upper Secondary Education: After Grade 12 School Report Cards in Thai and English: School report cards are available in Thai and English, providing key insights into the academic performance of students completing Grades 6, 9, and 12. Graduation Certificate in Thai Language: Official graduation certificates are issued in Thai to comply with national standards for students who have successfully completed their educational programs. Graduation Report in Thai Language: Detailed graduation reports are issued in Thai, summarizing students' academic achievements upon completing their educational programs.
Thailand	Enhance Student Enrollment/Demographics, School Info, Years and Terms, Single New Entry and Multiple New Entries, and Graduation Details to gather essential information for the Transcript report.	Student Enrollment/Demographics: Added the ability to store the home address in English and the place of birth in Thai and English. School Info: To facilitate MOE report cards and transcript reports in English, certain fields are recorded in Thai and English. The newly added fields include School Name, Principal Name, Vice Principal Name, and Registrar Name in English. Graduation Details: A new screen is available under Courses and Programs, Academic Performance, Graduation Details, displaying all student graduation summaries. This feature also includes graduation details for students who enroll after the official graduation period. Years and Term: Added functionality to store term names, abbreviation, and storecode in English. Single New Entry/Multiple New Entries: Enhancements have been made to the Academic Records, Historical Course Grades, Single New Entry and Multiple New Entries screens. These updates add fields for the student's previous school name and province, supporting MOE report cards and school transcripts.
Thailand	Power Query changes	The new transcript reports utilize newly created PowerQueries to extract values from various tables and perform calculations. Refer to the Power Query DATs for more information.

Object Reports Sorting Limitation

Currently, object reports only support sorting names alphabetically. There is no option for any other custom sorting order.

1	To set mandatory field for Graduation detail page	Go to Data Validation Rules. Search for table S_THA_STU_GRADUATION_C. Select the column name and select the check box Required to make that column as a mandatory field.
2	To set Page Level Permission for Graduation detail page	Go to Configure Page Permissions for All Group. Under Student pages, Academic Records, Academic Performance, Graduation Details, Modify the access.

PowerSchool Components

Localization version 25.3.0.0 includes the localized packages for Thailand and Saudi Arabia and depends on PowerSchool SIS Core version 24.9.0.0 or higher. Customers must request CloudOps install either the Thailand Localization package or the Saudi Arabia Localization package along with PowerSchool SIS Core version 24.9.0.0 or higher.

The Thailand Localization package version 25.3.0.0 is automatically installed when 'Thailand' is selected from the country dropdown list and 'Thailand Common' is chosen from the state/province dropdown during the PowerSchool SIS Core version 25.3.0.0 installation.

If a customer has already installed the Thai Localization package version 24.7.0.0, they cannot upgrade selectively to PS SIS Core version 24.9.0.0 or higher without upgrading to the Thai Localization package version 24.9.0.0 or higher.

The Saudi Arabia Localization Package version 25.3.0.0 is automatically installed when 'Saudi Arabia' is selected from the country dropdown list and 'Saudi Arabia Common' is chosen from the state/province dropdown during PowerSchool SIS Core version 25.3.0.0 installation.

If the customer is currently using the standard PowerSchool Core version (without localization enhancements) and wishes not to install the Localization package version 24.9.0.0 or higher, they must inform CloudOps in their request. This will ensure that CloudOps does not select Saudi Arabia/ Thailand from the country dropdown list during installation.

If a customer plans to upgrade only to PS SIS Core 24.9.0.0 or higher and not to Localization 24.9.0.0 or higher, they should avoid selecting Thailand or Saudi Arabia as the country during the initial installation. However, if they later decide to upgrade to the Localization package, they can run the Localization installer at that time, select Thailand or Saudi Arabia as the country, and the installer will then install the appropriate localizations for the selected countries.
