Official Thai Ministry of Education (MOE) PP7 report : a comprehensive student certification document for official status and academic records. Certifies a student's official status and complete academic record as recognized by the Thai government.

After the recent SIS core update, where several new UI fields were introduced, some of the existing localization fields were no longer appearing in the user interface.

All localization fields are restored and is functioning correctly after the SIS core update.

To enable grouping of grade levels into categories such as PrimarySecondary, and others - and to display total counts for each category 

The category names and their corresponding grade levels must be configured and coded in the APEX SQL file.

  1. Navigate to Apex app builder.

  2. Select 200 application.

  3. Navigate to the Daily Attendance Report​.

  4. Navigate to Table_Content.

    1. Open the PL SQL code​.

    2. Search for initialization of variable v_category_keys.

  5. You can add the categories to the char list v_category_keys followed by grade levels for each category​.

Daily Attendance Report - Room & Grade Configuration

To enable grouping of rooms and grade levels, each section must have its Room Number and Grade Level configured. Complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to School Management, Courses & Programs, Course Sections​.

  2. Select any Section that you want to configure.​

  3. Enter the Room Number and Grade Level for which the course is taught in that particular section/room.

PowerQuery DAT argument

Prior to the 25.12 release, the PowerQuery DAT argument locale accepted only the language ISO code. For example, arg.locale=th. Starting from the 25.12 release, the locale argument must include both the country ISO2 code and the language ISO code as shown on the System Locale page. For example, arg.locale=US_th.

MEA requires PowerSchool SIS Core version 25.8.0.0 or later. Customers should contact CloudOps to request installation of the MEA Localization package along with PowerSchool SIS Core version 25.8.0.0 or later. The MEA Localization package version 25.12.0.0 is automatically installed when Middle East Localization – Supported Countries (as listed above) is selected from the Country dropdown and <Country_Name> Common is chosen from the State/Province dropdown during the PowerSchool SIS Core 25.12.0.0 installation.

Latam requires PowerSchool SIS Core version 25.8.0.0 or later. Customers should contact CloudOps to request installation of the MEA Localization package along with PowerSchool SIS Core version 25.8.0.0 or later. The LATAM Localization package version 25.12.0.0 is automatically installed when Latam Localization – Supported Countries (as listed above) is selected from the Country dropdown and <Country_Name> Common is chosen from the State/Province dropdown during the PowerSchool SIS Core 25.12.0.0 installation.

Mexico localization requires PowerSchool SIS Core version 25.5.1.0 or higher. Customers are advised to contact CloudOps to request the installation of the appropriate localization package for Mexico, along with the required SIS Core version 25.5.1.0 or higher.

The Mexico Localization package version 25.12.0.0 is automatically installed when 'Mexico' is selected from the country dropdown list and 'Mexico Common' is chosen from the state/province dropdown during the PowerSchool SIS Core version 25.12.0.0 installation.

The Saudi Arabia localization requires PowerSchool SIS Core version 24.9.0.0 or higher. The Saudi Arabia Localization Package version 25.12.0.0 is automatically installed when 'Saudi Arabia' is selected from the country dropdown list and 'Saudi Arabia Common' is chosen from the state/province dropdown during PowerSchool SIS Core version 25.12.0.0 installation.

Thailand localization requires PowerSchool SIS Core version 24.7.0.0 or higher. The Thailand Localization package version 25.12.0.0 is automatically installed when 'Thailand' is selected from the country dropdown list and 'Thailand Common' is chosen from the state/province dropdown during the PowerSchool SIS Core version 25.12.0.0 installation.

If a customer is using the standard PowerSchool Core (without localization enhancements) and does not wish to install Localization 25.12.0.0 or later, they must notify CloudOps in their request. This ensures CloudOps will not select any country from the Country dropdown during installation.

If a customer upgrades only to PS SIS Core 25.12.0.0 or later without installing Localization 25.12.0.0 or later, they should avoid selecting any country during the initial installation. If they later decide to install the Localization package, they can run the Localization installer, select a localization country, and the installer will apply the relevant localizations for that country.
