A new Religion field has been added to the Student Enrollment and Student Demographics screens. This field allows schools to record whether a student identifies as Muslim or non-Muslim.

Sample Report Card Enhancements

Improvements have been made to the top-right bilingual report layout and related elements to resolve alignment, translation, and data display issues:

1. Report layout alignment

   • Consistent alignment for Arabic and English fields has been ensured for clarity and legibility.

   • An issue that caused misalignment when the report was run in the Arabic locale has been fixed.

2. Translation updates

   • All Arabic labels and field names have been reviewed and updated.

   • This applies to all static text, subject names, and grading labels.

3. Dynamic Arabic data display

   • Values in Arabic are now displayed for fields such as Nationality and Country of Birth.

4. School logo and student image

   • Support for dynamically displaying the school logo and student image on report cards has been added.

Sample Transcript Report Enhancement

1. A sample transcript report is now supported by bilingual display (Arabic and English). The report is available in three versions:

   1. Sample Transcript – Grades 1–6

   2. Sample Transcript – Grades 7–9

   3. Sample Transcript – Grades 10–12

   Dynamic logos: The transcript is dynamically displayed with the school logo.
   Additional logos: The transcript also features the Ministry of Education (MOE) logo and the Cognia logo.

To Upload a Picture for Object Reports

1. Object reports with images—such as logos or seals—can be created by following these steps:

   1. Access the Pictures for Object Reports page
      The Pictures for Object Reports page can be accessed by navigating to System Management, Reports, System Reports, Pictures for Object Reports in PowerSchool.

   2. View existing pictures
      Any filename in the Available pictures list can be clicked to preview the image.

   3. Add a new picture

      • The image must be in JPEG (.jpg) format.

      • For school logos, the naming convention school_logo_[SCHOOL_NUMBER].jpg should be used (For example, school_logo_123.jpg).

      • Choose File must be clicked (or the file path entered), the JPEG image selected, and Submit clicked.

      • The image will be displayed in the Available pictures list, ready for use in object reports.

The checkbox is hidden for the Student's Paternal Name in New Student Enrollment in Mexico.

Resolved an issue where the Student’s Paternal Name checkbox was hidden in New Student Enrollment – Mexico. The checkbox now appears and functions as expected.

Thailand

When running the School Report Card in English and Thai MOE reports, courses are not being sorted by the credit type expected.

Updated the School Report Card in English and MOE reports, report generation logic to sort courses by the credit_type field in the StoredGrades table.

• Courses will now be grouped by credit type, with %Basic% appearing first.
