Parent - "Unexpected Error" when selecting Online Payment Method for Public Forms with NMI Gateway

When unauthenticated parents used a public-level form to pay fees with an NMI payment gateway, they encountered an "unexpected error" when selecting an online payment method (credit card or electronic check) on the payment page. This issue has been resolved.
