Decisions

Use the Decisions page to manage admission decisions. At a glance, you can review the list of decisions that you have access to, including the name, academic year, and status of each decision. You can sort or filter within the list to find the decision you are looking for, copy the live link, change the status, and download the status changelog.

The Decisions page is available only if you have security permissions to at least one decision, and decisions appear on the page based on your security permission settings.

Decision Workflow

Work with Decisions

  1. On the main menu, select Decisions.
  2. Click Filter to use the filter settings to narrow the list of decisions.
  3. Click a column heading to sort decisions.

  4. To copy the Decision Link:
    1. Click More (...) in the row you want to work with.
    2. Click Copy Live Link.
    3. Click the Decision Link URL to automatically highlight it.
    4. Copy the link and paste it into your website or email communications.
    5. Click Done.
  5. To change the status of a decision:
    1. Click More (...) in the row you want to work with.
    2. Click Change Status...
    3. Choose one of the following options from the Change Status pop-up menu:
      • Open indicates parents can access the decision.
      • Scheduled indicates that the decision is scheduled to auto-open and auto-close at defined dates/times.
      • Closed indicates parents cannot access the decision.
    4. If Open is selected, click Open.
    5. If Scheduled is selected, enter the start and end dates and times as needed.

    6. Click Schedule.

    7. If Closed is selected, click Close.
  6. To download the status changelog for a decision:
    1. Click More (...) in the row you want to work with.
    2. Click Download Status Changelog. The Status Changelog will be downloaded through your browser.
  7. To access a particular decision's Roster, click the row in which the decision appears.
