Parent - *is*DirectActionUrl*is* Token Results in 404 Page

Given a *is*DirectActionUrl*is* token is placed within an anchor tag on the Submission Confirmation page or the Submission Confirmation Popup content, when a parent accesses that link, the parent is directed to the 404 Page Not Found page. This issue has been resolved.
