Appointments

Use the Appointments page to manage events and resources. Additionally, you can manage the time slots available to parents for each event.

The Appointments page is only available if you have security permissions to manage appointments.

Appointments Workflow

Work with Appointments

  1. On the main menu, select Appointments.
  2. To add a resource:
    1. Click Add Resource.
    2. Enter information as needed.
    3. Click Save.
  3. To edit a resource, click Edit next to the resource you want to edit.
  4. To delete a resource:

    1. Click Delete next to the resource you want to delete. A Delete Resource pop-up appears.
    2. Click Delete.

      A resource cannot be deleted if there are slots that have been assigned to this resource.
  5. To view an event, click View next to the event you want to view. The Time Slot page for that event appears.
  6. To add an event:
    1. Click Add Event. The Add Event pop-up appears.
    2. Enter the title of the event.
    3. Click Save. The Time Slot page for the new event appears.
    4. Click Add Event Notes.
    5. Enter information as needed
    6. Click Update.
  7. To add a time slot:
    1. Click View next to the event you want to work with. The Time Slot page for that event appears.
    2. Click Add Slot. The Add/Edit Slot dialog appears.
    3. Enter information as needed.
    4. Click Save.
  8. To edit a time slot:
    1. Click View next to the event you want to work with. The Time Slot page for that event appears.
    2. Click on a time slot within the calendar.
    3. Edit the information as needed.
    4. Click Save.
  9. To delete a time slot:
    1. Click View next to the even you want to work with. The Time Slot page for that even appears.
    2. Click on a time slot within the calendar.
    3. Click Delete.
  10. To delete an event:

    1. Click Delete next to the event you want to delete. A Delete Event pop-up appears.
    2. Click Delete.

      An event cannot be deleted if there are slots that have been defined for the event.
  11. To export events, click Events under Export. A comma-separated value (CSV) file is downloaded through your browser.
  12. To add new event records and update existing event records:

    Duplicate match case insensitive on Title field.
    1. Under Import Event Data, click Choose File.
    2. Choose the file you want to upload.
    3. Click Import.
  13. To export resources, click Resources under Export. A comma-separated value (CSV) file is downloaded through your browser.
  14. To add new resource records and update existing resource records:

    Duplicate match case insensitive on Name field.
    1. Under Import Resource Data, click Choose File.
    2. Choose the file you want to upload.
    3. Click Import.
