Admin - Duplicate Roster Records Sometimes Created on Import

When the primary key for a Private form's roster includes list-based, checkbox, or date-based fields, when importing data into the roster either via API or file, roster records were sometimes duplicated instead of matched to and updated. This issue has been resolved. Improvements have been made to standardize the roster import process across import types and sources. Proper validation messages are now shown when the primary key is improperly defined.

Admin - Sending Emails Sometimes Skips Recipients

When sending emails from the Roster or Submission Workspaces, if there were gaps in the recipients for an individual record (for example, recipients defined as p1_Email, p2_Email, and p3_Email, where p1_Email and p3_Email are non-empty while p2_Email is empty for the record in question), the recipients before the gap were skipped for that record. This issue has been resolved.

Parent - Form Not Displaying on Dashboard on Auto Open/Close Date

When a form was scheduled to open or close on a particular date, the form was not displayed as an available form to start on the family portal dashboard on that date. This issue has been resolved.

Parent - Private Form Not Displaying on Dashboard

When a roster record was in the NotifiedNotStarted status and was associated with a parent account’s FamilyID, that Private form was not displayed as an available form to start on the family portal dashboard for that parent account. This scenario can occur after a parent starts and then cancels a Private form. This issue has been resolved.
