Contextual Access to Form Configuration Tools |
The Student Data tab previously found on the Configuration – General page has been relocated. Its configuration tools (Rules, Tags, Approval Criteria, Views, Student Record, and Permissions) are now accessible directly from the Student Data page and from within each workspace, reducing the number of steps required to reach these settings. Users with the Configuration role see a "Configure Workspace Tools..." option in the More menu ("...") on the Student Data page and a Gear icon in the page title bar when viewing any workspace. Selecting either option navigates directly to the configuration detail page for the in-context form, and the back button returns the user to where they started. Users with the Administrator role see an "Account Permissions" option in the more menu, which navigates directly to the Manage Permissions & Profiles page. Tab-level permissions remain unchanged: the Rules, Tags, Approval Criteria, Views, and Student Record tabs require the Configuration role, and the Permissions tab requires the Administrator role. |

Improved Contact Name Change Validation Messaging During Data Delivery |
The validation messaging displayed when a contact's name in Enrollment does not match the corresponding record in the SIS has been rewritten to more clearly explain the risk of delivering mismatched names, guide the admin toward the correct course of action, and reduce the likelihood of unintended identity changes. The "Deliver" button is now styled as a secondary action to draw attention to the less risky "Cancel" option. |
|
Improvements to Roster Notification Validation Rules |
Auto-generated roster notification validation rules now apply conditional validation to all contact types, regardless of field naming convention. This prevents roster notifications from being blocked when emergency contact data has not been prepopulated. |

Parent/Guardian - SSO Error When Parent Portal Username Contains Special Characters |
When a parent's PowerSchool SIS username contained certain special characters, signing in to an Enrollment form through Parent Portal SSO could fail with a "Single Sign On Error" message, preventing the parent from accessing the form. The system now correctly handles special characters in usernames during SSO authentication. This has been resolved; however, existing usernames with invalid special characters, as enforced by PowerSchool SIS, should be corrected. |
|
Parent/Guardian - Contact Data Loss When Rapidly Clicking the Remove/Restore Contact Button |
When filling out a form with Person Management enabled, rapidly clicking the Remove/Restore Contact button could erase the contact's data (such as name and relationship). Once lost, the data could not be restored, and the Remove/Restore Contact button would no longer appear on subsequent visits. The button is now disabled after the first click until the action completes, preventing repeated clicks from corrupting contact data. This has been resolved. |
|
Admin - Collection Error When an Inactive Customer Account Remains in Collection |
If a customer account was set to Inactive while still included in a collection, the collection page could display an error, preventing all admins tied to the collection from accessing Enrollment. Inactive customer accounts are now excluded from collections automatically, and saving a collection no longer re-adds inactive accounts. This has been resolved. |
|
Admin - Data Delivery Error When Contact Relationship Details Change |
When a delivery target was configured with "Create New Relationships when Relationship Details Change" enabled and a contact's relationship detail (such as Lives With, Emergency, or Custody) differed from the value in PowerSchool SIS, data delivery could fail with an error instead of end-dating the existing relationship and creating a new one. This has been resolved. |
|
Admin - Inaccessible Workspace Views After Custom View Deletion |
If a form was cloned and a custom view existed with the same title as a system view, the cloning process could incorrectly assign the custom view in place of the system view. When that custom view was subsequently deleted, the associated workspace system view became inaccessible, displaying an "Invalid View or Filter Configuration" message and preventing access to the workspace. This has been resolved. |
|
Admin - Export Change Report Task Error |
When an admin selected one or more submission records and ran the Export Change Report task, the task could fail with an error instead of producing the report. This has been resolved. |
|
Admin - Group Administrator Unauthorized Error When Viewing Group Accounts |
In collections with subgroups, a group administrator could intermittently be shown an "unauthorized" error when attempting to view certain group accounts. The system could incorrectly identify the administrator's group membership, causing it to block access to accounts the administrator should have been able to view. This has been resolved. |
