Time Zone Localization

PowerSchool Enrollment can now display all dates and times in your organization's local time zone. Previously, all dates and times throughout the system were displayed in Central Time (CT), regardless of your geographic location, requiring manual conversion to determine when events occurred locally.

The system now intelligently converts and displays all dates and times based on your organization's configured time zone. This includes submission dates, form statuses, appointment times, and all other date and time information visible in the Customer Admin Portal, Family Portal, and Recommendation Portal.

The system properly accounts for Daylight Saving Time changes and supports time zones with non-standard UTC offsets, such as those with 30 or 45-minute increments. This ensures accurate time representation for all global locations and eliminates the potential for errors when interpreting timestamps.

This enhancement is automatically available following the 26.2 release. Your time zone will initially be set to Central Time, but can be updated on the new Organization Details tab within the Configuration menu (requires Configuration role).

Organization Details Configuration Page

Added a new Organization Details tab within the General page of the Configuration menu in the Customer Admin Portal. This centralized page provides users with the Configuration role a single location to manage certain organizational settings.

Users can now configure their organization's time zone, upload and manage their logo, set the website URL, and control whether Email Verification and Cell Phone Accounts are enabled for parent users. The Organization Name is displayed on this page for reference, but cannot be edited. This new configuration page streamlines the management of organization-wide settings and makes it easier to maintain consistent branding and user experience preferences across your enrollment solution. All changes made on this page take effect immediately and apply to the entire organization.

Admin - DeliveryDateTime submission workspace property

A new workspace PROP:DeliveryDateTime property field is now available for use within the Submission workspace. It may be added as a column in your workspace view, defined in workspace view expressions, defined in Rule/filter expressions, set as a sort value, or selected when exporting data. This property stores the most recent datetime for when a submission record is delivered. Its value is displayed in your local time zone and supports the following formats: mm/dd/yyyy, mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM/PM (12-hour format), or mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss (24-hour format).

Admin - SubmittedDateTime submission workspace property

A new workspace PROP:SubmittedDateTime property field is now available for use within the Submission workspace. It may be added as a column in your workspace view, used in filter expressions, set as a sort value, or selected when exporting data. This property stores the datetime for when a submission record is created. Its value is displayed in your local time zone and supports the following formats: mm/dd/yyyy, mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM/PM (12-hour format), or mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss (24-hour format).

Decisions Time Zone Localization

All dates and times associated with Decisions, including decision deadlines and submission timestamps, are now displayed in your organization's configured time zone.

Checklists Time Zone Localization

All dates and times associated with Checklists, including checklist completion dates and submission timestamps, are now displayed in your organization's configured time zone.

Recommendations Time Zone Localization

All dates and times associated with Recommendations, including recommendation deadlines and submission timestamps, are now displayed in your organization's configured time zone.

Admin - Export dialog buttons not visible in Chrome/Edge

When a user's browser is either Chrome or Edge, the buttons within the Export dialog were previously inaccessible when the display size was insufficient. This has been resolved.

Parent - School Locator cleared linked list values

When a parent interacted with School Locator, child linked list dropdowns were cleared when their parent field was located on a different form page. This has been resolved.
