Parent - Forms With Pre-Populated Contact Names But No Contact IDs Fail Validation

When the Person Management feature was enabled on a private form containing prepopulated contact names without corresponding contact IDs, families were prevented from starting the form and redirected to an "Unable to Start Form" error page. This has been resolved.

Admin - ProgressBook Customers Unable To Publish Forms Due To Contact Validation

When a ProgressBook customer attempted to publish a form that included professional contacts, the system required Person Management configuration for those contacts, preventing the form from being published. A new data delivery configuration option allows these non-standard contacts to be excluded from the validation. This has been resolved, but enabling this new configuration option must be performed by PowerSchool Enrollment Support or Services.
